hehe i'm
today has been a long day =(
so tried now feel like sleeping=.= zzzZZ
this afternoon i gave my basketball B boys a physical training
hahaha can tell that all of them are dying from that xP
some even say that coach pt wasn't that tough
maybe that explain the reason why they are not fit
however i told them this
when i was once a b boys
i been through the same training
2X hard than what i had gave them
plus at time i was a s_m_e_
if a ______ can over come the training why not them
a _____ suppose not to have so much strength to over come the crazy training
mainly is just the mind set that they have to work on it.
in aes, basketball pt is counted the first hardest pt you can get
is make you sweat like hell
even ira wan mi to give the npcc the same pt training.
but
i told her that they might vomit if they try my pt
seriouly my pt if really very very crazy
don believe you can try it
today i also felt very sad that ira found another hot guy
she say is her ci or ic
what ever lar ....
sian not longer the hottest and cut guy that i was in ira heart

i will play the piano to go back to the period of time where we first met
