my timing for 2.4km run is 7 min 35sec
hais... sian cant caught up with nick 4/2 but i manage to caught up with bryan 4/2 also.
but stil i felt i can do better than this if i don have a stomach pain just while ruuning almost feel like shiting during the run sia.
now is ten zero five am
currently at MRL using computer

during the steamboat me and my friends were like just release from hell gate

one full plate of beef slices

half a plate of scallop
each of each have a bowl of hokkien mee
one full plate of prawns
one full plate of vegetables
lastly one full plate of carbs
eat really eat like alot wor

our soup base is herbe chicken soup and tom yam
is reallly dam nice hehe
aiming to go on the 26 of feb again
after the dinnner everyone when one execpt me and qun jie hehe
we went around bugis juntcion for a walk than head to bugis street walk
at bugis street i was the shirt that i brought in malaysia the "wo bu sih hao ren"
the one i brought in malaysia is black but bugis street there got white wan
OMG white i wan T.T
hehehehe
anyway qun jie and me when to take bus home it took us one hour plus to reach cck and i reach home at ten plus.
lastly i wan to tell all my best friends that
don forget one another
stay together as one
even we are on different tracks
just give a call to us
we will sure meet up together for dinner
